Proceeds from The Thrift Store go to support the Charities of Hope partnership with CT-ALIVE and the Stepping Forward Program  — Helping Women to Get Access — to the tools and resources they need to live financially independent, violence-free lives and “thrive” after abuse!

Charities of Hope is a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring the blessings received in one’s life journey by ‘giving back’ to local communities. We operate a true not-for-profit that changes people’s clothing or shoe donations into a monetary donation to a charity. Charities of Hope offers organizations an opportunity to raise funds for their favorite charity, local school or community organizations. Charities of Hope collects used clothing/shoes and resell them to generate funds for development projects.
